Finally you can buy a great paddle at a fair price for your precious little ones. Offered in three lengths (150, 162, 175) there is no equal in quality, weight, or proper sizing. The paddles are fully composite and Dane has been testing prototypes since the spring. Dane had access to custom built paddles of twice the price and chose this paddle for competing, river running, and playing. All paddles are right control, 30 degree offset.

What size paddle should you get? Really, it depends on the paddler’s grip width. Have him hold a paddle horizontally over his head so that the shaft rests on the top of his head and the blades extend to the sides. Make sure his elbows are bent at a 90 degree angle. This is the ideal grip width for him to use while paddling. Now, measure from the outside of one pinky to the outside of the other.

Our 175 cm paddle can be used for a grip width up to 25 ˝”.
Our 163 cm paddle can be used for a grip width up to 21”.
Our 150 cm paddle can be used for a grip width up to 20”. It also has smaller blades than the other two sizes.

All three sizes are right hand control, straight shaft, with blades at a 30 degree offset.
